Become a Veteran Advocate
- Veterans need advocates to help them get things like a DD-214, state IDs, help with VA benefits, help applying for SSI/SSDI, and lots of other things that are true obstacles to them. If you are good at paperwork, organizing, and communicating, Veterans’ Rock would like you to be a part of the ROCK solid support we offer our veterans in need. You can use our computers, files, phones, office supplies, and our copy/scanning machines. Let us know if you have a couple hours a week to tackle some of these challenging things that keep some of our veterans from being self sufficient and financially independent. Volunteer Your Services
- Veterans' Rock needs help from auto mechanics in our community to assist with minor car repairs for our veterans. We received a grant from AARP for transportation needs and now we need mechanics willing to do the work. Next to shelter and food, transportation, including car repair, is greatly needed.
